Contractors must quote item-wise rates on the EP system as per PPRA rules. Earnest money and performance security deposits are required as per tender conditions. The lowest bidder must deposit 5% earnest money and 5% performance security if rates exceed 5% of estimated cost. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and EP system.
