Tender Description
COMSATS University Islamabad Abbottabad Campus invites bids for the procurement of Rexene Folders and Students Rule Books through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bids are open to Income Tax & GST registered firms on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR.
The tender requires submission of a refundable bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft. The bidding process is conducted entirely through EPADS with physical submission of hard copies on the closing date. Bids will be opened on January 7, 2026, at the university's Purchase Office. Interested bidders must register on EPADS and comply with all submission requirements as per PPRA rules.
