Road Infrastructure Improvement and Rehabilitation Package 04 in District West Karachi

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), through its Engineering Department Procurement Committee, invites technical and financial bids for Package 04 under Provincial ADP 1769/2026-27. The project covers road rehabilitation, paving-block works, sewerage-line replacement, drainage-related facilities, and associated road furniture in District West, Karachi. The estimated cost is **PKR 445,374,377** and the completion period is 24 months. The printed package lots are: Lot i, improvement and rehabilitation of the main road and footpath from Disco Moar to Islam Chowk, Orangi Town, including 18-inch sewerage-line replacement and paving blocks; Lot ii, rehabilitation and improvement of internal roads and streets from 4 Number to 10 Number via Urdu Chowk; Lot iii, paving blocks and 18-inch and 12-inch sewerage-line works from Shah Faisal Chowk to Akbari Masjid, Orangi Town; and Lot iv, rehabilitation and improvement of the Sector 8-1/2 40 Number Road, TMC Manghopir. Bill-of-quantities items include excavation, RCC sewer pipes, pumping, manholes, RCC slabs and covers, trench refilling, sub-base, aggregate base, asphalt concrete, paving blocks, precast edge blocks, painting, pavement markings, road studs, carriage, dismantling, tack or priming coat, and repairs to RCC and MS pipe leakages. Bidders must hold valid PEC registration in category C-3 or above with relevant CE disciplines, valid FBR NTN and ATL status, Sindh Revenue Board registration and ATL status, and submit five years of audited accounts, turnover, similar-work experience, equipment evidence, staff CVs, construction schedule, and blacklisting or litigation declarations. Bid security is 5 percent of estimated cost, with **PKR 5,000,000** required in the technical offer and the balance in the financial offer. A **PKR 5,000** non-refundable tender fee and integrity pact are also required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk by **24 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Technical bids open at **11:30 AM** the same day.
