Rokhana Qabail Integrated Development Package and Multi Sectoral Development Package Works for District Khyber and Jamrud

The Communication & Works Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud invites electronic bids from eligible firms enlisted with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the relevant PEC categories as specified for each package and must be enlisted with the C&W Department. Updated FBR active status, KPRA registration, and CDR for bid security are mandatory. The bidding process includes submission of technical and financial proposals via EPADS, with electronic bidding conducted on an Above/Below system based on the Engineer's estimate. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the C&W Highway Division Khyber. The deadline for bid submission is 13-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with bids opening at the Executive Engineer Highway Division office in Jamrud. Bid security of the lowest three bidders will be retained until approval. Joint ventures are allowed as per C&W and KPPRA rules.
