Bidders must submit a 5% advance bid money or bank guarantee of equal amount along with their bids, otherwise bids will not be entertained. The validity of quotations is three days from the date of opening. Bids will be accepted on an ex-works basis. Company representatives must bring an authority letter to participate in the tender.
