Tender Description
The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from all firms registered for Reclamation Plant with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources for the sale of used engine oil. This procurement is specifically for the South Zone with a quantity of 80,000 liters available for sale. Items being procured:
- Used engine oil (80,000 liters)
The tender documents provide detailed information about the location and quantity of the used oil. The technical scope involves the sale of reclaimed used engine oil, requiring firms to be registered with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources and capable of handling reclamation processes. Only firms with valid registration and documentary evidence will be eligible to participate.
Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and a refundable bid security of Rs. 250,000 along with their tender documents. Firms should also be registered with the Sales Tax Department and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. The tender opening will take place at the Support Branch (basement conference room), HQ NLC Harding Road Rawalpindi, at 11:30 hours on 03 August 2026, immediately after the closing time.
The submission deadline is strictly 1100 hours on 03 August 2026.
