Sale of Used/Second-Hand Ambulances Brands Mercedes-Benz and FAW

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms, and companies for the sale of used ambulances on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis in Lahore. The ambulances offered are brands Mercedes-Benz (02 units) and FAW. Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles at Shalamar Hospital, Shalimar Link Road, Mughalpura, Lahore between 09:00 am to 03:00 pm until 14th October 2026. Bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles before submitting their bids. Items being auctioned: - Mercedes-Benz Ambulances (02 units) - FAW Ambulances The vehicles will be handed over after full payment and completion of formalities. Earnest Money/Bid Security of Rs. 100,000 per vehicle is required in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque in favor of Businessmen Hospital Trust. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by 16th November 2026. The successful bidder's earnest money will be adjusted against the purchase price, and the balance sale amount must be deposited within 5 working days of acceptance. All applicable taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges, and other expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids wholly or partially without assigning any reason. Sealed bids clearly marked 'SEALED BID - AUCTION OF AMBULANCES' should be submitted at the office of Chief Operating Officer, Shalamar Hospital on or before 15th October 2026 up to 11:00 am.
