AUCTION: Confiscated Unserviceable and Non-Functional Goods, Excise Branch (Motor Branch)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Police Car Pool Rawalpindi is conducting a public auction for confiscated, unserviceable, and non-functional goods from the Excise Branch (Motor Branch). The auction will be held at the Police Car Pool Rawalpindi premises on 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are invited to participate in this open auction, where the listed items will be sold to the highest bidder in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the department. Items being auctioned: - Confiscated, unserviceable, and non-functional goods from the Excise Branch (Motor Branch) with a total reserve price of Rs. 2,110,000 (two million one hundred ten thousand rupees) The auctioned items include various confiscated and unserviceable materials, primarily related to the motor branch, which may consist of vehicle parts, scrap, and other related goods. The successful bidder must deposit earnest money of Rs. 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupees) in the form of a pay order (call deposit) in favor of the Chief Car Pool Officer, District Police Car Pool Rawalpindi, before participating in the auction. The winning bidder is required to pay the full amount within 10 days of the auction, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited and the items will be re-auctioned. All participants must bring their original CNIC and submit a copy along with the earnest money. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to inspect the goods prior to the auction date to assess the condition and value of the items.
