Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of SCADA RTU for SMS and SCADA RTU for Valve Assemblies, to be delivered at their Stores Multan (Transmission). This procurement is being conducted under a single stage two envelope system, requiring both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The technical proposal must include technical literature, a completed questionnaire, clause-by-clause commentary on technical specifications, quantity offered, a copy of the bid bond, and delivery period details. The financial proposal should contain the price schedule, original bid bond, sales tax registration certificate, income tax certificate, and a completed questionnaire.
