Pre-Qualification of Security Companies for Parliament Lodges Islamabad 2026-27

The Office of Chief Commissioner, Federal Government Secretariat, Parliament Lodges, Islamabad, invites applications for pre-qualification of security companies for the financial year 2026-27. This notice is specifically for the provision of security guard services at Parliament Lodges, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of security companies for provision of security guard services at Parliament Lodges, Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27 The technical scope includes the deployment of trained security personnel to ensure the safety and security of Parliament Lodges premises. The contract period will be for one year, starting from the date of award and ending on 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension for up to three years (until 30 June 2029) based on satisfactory performance and mutual consent. Eligibility criteria require interested security companies to submit an earnest money of Rs. 500,000 (five lakh rupees) in the form of a call deposit (refundable) along with their application. Applicants must be registered with relevant authorities and possess valid licenses. Applications must be submitted by 03-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained.
