Hiring of Third-Party Services for Provision of Security Services

Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC), an autonomous body of the Government of Punjab, invites open competitive bids through online proposals under PPRA Rules 2014 for the hiring of third-party services for provision of security services. This contract is for a period of one year from the date of award, extendable for another year subject to satisfactory performance and approval by competent authority. Items being procured: - Hiring of Third-Party Services for Provision of Security Services The scope includes comprehensive security services under a framework contract to safeguard PSC facilities and assets in Lahore. Bidders must be registered companies/firms with relevant experience and comply with all applicable rules. Earnest money of Rs. 785,620 (2% of estimated cost) is required as bid security, to be submitted online via PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted online only through Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 26.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM online, with financial bid opening dates to be announced later. Hand submission of bids is not allowed. Bid prices must be quoted in PKR. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date. Punjab Seed Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. For bidders, ensure timely online submission and proper documentation of bid security via PSID to avoid disqualification.
