Provision of Security Services for SMEDA Regional Office Balochistan 2026-28

SMEDA invites electronic bids for provision of security services at its Regional Office in Quetta, Balochistan for a period of two years starting promptly after contract award. The scope includes deployment of two trained and licensed armed security guards on a 12-hour daily basis, ensuring safety of assets, controlling access, and maintaining security logs. Bidders must be registered firms with valid licenses from the Ministry of Interior and Home Department Balochistan, have NTN and GST/PST registration, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and demonstrate financial stability with minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million.
