Security Services for State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone, is inviting bids for the provision of Security Services under tender reference P95668. Items being procured: - 3 Security Guards with arms and metal detectors for daytime and 2 armed guards for night at Zonal Office, Sargodha - 1 Security Guard with arm and metal detector for daytime and 1 armed guard for night at Cash Counter Mianwali - 1 Security Guard with arm and metal detector for daytime and 1 armed guard for night at Cash Counter Jauharabad - 1 Security Guard with arm and metal detector for daytime and 1 armed guard for night at Cash Counter Chiniot - 1 Security Guard with arm and metal detector for daytime and 1 armed guard for night at Cash Counter Bhalwal - 1 Security Guard with arm and metal detector for daytime and 1 armed guard for night at Cash Counter Sillanwali Total required security guards: 15 persons The scope includes deployment of trained, disciplined, physically fit, and properly uniformed security guards for protection of employees, visitors, buildings, records, vehicles, equipment, and other assets. Guards must be ex-servicemen or retired defense personnel aged 25-55 years, literate, healthy, and with verified antecedents. The contract duration is initially one year, with possible renewal. The number of guards may vary during the contract period. The company must have a valid security agency license, NTN, GST certificates, and be registered on EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 5% of the estimated bid amount (Rs. 9,900,000) is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft.
