Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids for the Annual Service Maintenance Contract of various Bio-Medical Equipment installed at CPEIC Multan. This contract includes all spare parts, accessories, and consumables for a period of one year (12 months) under standard terms and conditions. The Government of Punjab has allocated funds specifically for this contract. Items being procured: - Service Maintenance Contract (one year) of Angiography Machine including all spare parts (High Vacuum Elements, Detector, Injector, Hemo Dynamic System, Reporting Systems, standard accessories, and consumables), Make: Siemens, Model: Artis Zee Ceiling - Service Maintenance Contract (one year) of Central Sterilization & Supply Department (CSSD) including all spare parts, valves, all kinds of filters including Hepa Filters, Sensors, PCB, Switches, Pumps, Accessories, Kits & Consumables - Service Maintenance Contract (one year) of Equipment's installed in Medical Gases Department including all spare parts, valves, all kinds of filters, sensors, PCB, switches, pumps, accessories, maintenance kits, oil & consumables The scope covers comprehensive maintenance and servicing of the listed equipment ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid Security of 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted on Punjab e-PS through PSID as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Financial proposals of bids found technically non-responsive will not be opened. Bids must be submitted in PDF format on Punjab e-PS by the deadline. The deadline for submission of e-bids is **30-10-2026 at 11:00 AM** and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening.
