Service & Maintenance Contract of ICU Ventilators at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites E-bids for the Service & Maintenance contract of ICU Ventilators for the financial year 2026-2027. The contract requires bidders to have established credentials in technical, experienced, financial, and managerial capabilities, registered with the relevant department, PPRA Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments as per government regulations with active status. Items being procured: - Service & Maintenance of ICU Ventilators The procurement will be conducted electronically through the E-Procurement Punjab portal under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers inclusive of all taxes online. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated total bid cost must be submitted electronically before bid submission. No physical submission of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order will be accepted. The bidding documents are available online at PPRA and E-Procurement Punjab websites. The E-Bid submission deadline is 02/11/2026 at 10:00 AM, and the E-Bid opening will be on the same day at 10:30 AM. All procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014.
