The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites sealed bids for the procurement of services to develop a training module covering Nine (9) Functional Areas of Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS). This procurement is aimed at well-reputed eligible Consultancy Firms, Consortiums, Government or Non-Government Organizations, Production Houses, Departments or Institutions registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax etc.). Items being procured: - Services for Developing Training Module on Nine (9) Functional Areas of Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) The scope includes the development of a comprehensive training module that addresses the nine functional areas of MSDS to enhance service delivery standards in healthcare. Bidders must have relevant experience and registrations, and the bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 13th October 2026 at 14:00 hours. The technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 120 days.
