Procurement for Shandur Polo Festival 2026 including Outdoor Branding, Tented Village, Promotional Items, Transportation and Video Production Services

Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform by 6th May 2026 at 11:00 am. No hard copies are accepted. The bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28th April 2026 at 11:00 am at the KPCTA conference hall.
