Tender Description
The Water And Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites e-bids from contractors and firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-Procurement Punjab) with a valid PEC license for category C-1 or above and registered with FBR and PPRA. The procurement is for the shifting of WASA services installation from Circular Garden Walled City Lahore involving the laying of RCC conduit.

The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with a digital bid security of 3% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 61,038,684/- to be uploaded on the system before the deadline. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with submission and opening dates on 15th October 2026 at 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM respectively.
Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Submission of hard copies is not accepted. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per Punjab e-Procurement System rules. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid prior to acceptance.
Tenderers must fill rates in figures and words and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. No telegraph or postal bids will be accepted. The bid validity period is 120 days.
Bidders are advised to ensure their registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System and upload all required documents timely. Earnest money in the form of digital bid security is mandatory. The tender is estimated at a cost of Rs. 2,034.00 Million. The submission deadline is strictly enforced at 15th October 2026, 12:00 PM.
