Ship Repair Miscellaneous Repair and Maintenance Work at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd (KS&EW), a leading shipbuilding and repair yard located in Karachi, invites sealed bids from experienced subcontractors for ship repair jobs under Order # OSR-10388. The procurement is specifically for miscellaneous repair and maintenance work related to marine vessels. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and have proven experience in marine vessel repair work. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous repair and maintenance work for ship repair as per Order # OSR-10388 The bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, bid security requirements, bid validity, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee details are available at the Ship Repair Division of KS&EW. The price of the bidding documents is Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable), in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026 as amended. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and submitted to the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW by 16 November 2026 at 1100 hrs. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1400 hrs and evaluated against the technical prequalification criteria. Commercial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date to be intimated by KS&EW. KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per the Public Procurement Rules 2026. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission of complete bids. Early preparation and submission of bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order will facilitate smooth participation.
