Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids from WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC/DISCO's approved manufacturers and suppliers who are duly pre-qualified and registered with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC/DISCOs and PPRA in the required categories. Bidders must also be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope method and all bids must comply with WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC specifications (amended to date). All materials must conform to the latest amended standards and approved drawings. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid PEC categories as applicable, and submit bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Security Deposit Receipt from scheduled banks of Pakistan. Bid security must be valid for 148 days from the tender opening date and submitted in original before the online bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS V2.0) portal at https://pa.epads.gov.pk before 11:00 AM on 27/10/2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Chief Engineer (Development), FESCO Head Office, Canal Road, Faisalabad. Conditional and incomplete bids will be rejected.
