Procurement of Services for Repair & Maintenance of Civil Works for Pakistan Metrobus System (PMBS) from Saddar to Faizabad & PMA Command and Control Center (C&CC) in Rawalpindi

Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) invites electronic bids for the procurement of services related to the repair and maintenance of civil works for the Pakistan Metrobus System (PMBS) covering the route from Saddar to Faizabad and the PMA Command and Control Center (C&CC) located in Rawalpindi. This tender is specifically for the maintenance and repair of civil infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient urban transportation. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for civil works of Pakistan Metrobus System from Saddar to Faizabad - Maintenance services for PMA Command and Control Center (C&CC) The scope includes all necessary civil repair and maintenance activities to uphold the infrastructure quality of the Metrobus system and its control center. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in at least C-3 category with relevant civil works codes, renewed for the fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must also be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or as an Association of Persons (AOP), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and must be Active Taxpayers (ATL) at the time of tendering. The tender documents can be downloaded from the PMA website (www.pma.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 25th September 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A bid security of PKR 2,000,000 must be furnished electronically in favor of Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15th September 2026 at 1100 Hrs at the PMA office for interested bidders. There is no tender fee for downloading documents or submitting bids. PMA reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time before the announcement of results.
