Pakistan Airports Authority invites proposals from reputed national and international firms or JV consortiums for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering repair and maintenance services of civil works and facilities at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP) and the residential area at Walton Lahore. The contract period is two years, extendable by six months. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services of civil works/facilities at Allama Iqbal International Airport - Repair and maintenance services of civil works/facilities at residential area Walton Lahore The scope includes comprehensive civil maintenance services ensuring upkeep and operational readiness of airport infrastructure and residential facilities. Firms must hold valid PEC licenses in category C-4 or above with specialization codes CE10, CE-01, CE-09. Minimum two years of relevant experience in similar services is mandatory. Valid registrations with EOBI, PESSI, FBR, SECP, and professional tax certificates are required. Bid security of Rs. 5,000,000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority AIIAP, Lahore. Bids, bid security, and mandatory documents must be submitted electronically through the PPRA E-PADs 2 Web Portal before the deadline. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 01 October 2026 and tender submission deadline on 08 October 2026 till 1100 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the office of Divisional Engineer ES (Civil), RD Block, Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.
