Bidders must possess a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate and be on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for the supply of sleeving material required for pipeline protection and maintenance in Lahore. Items being procured: - Heat Shrinkable Sleeves 17'' x 100' (800 Rolls) - Heat Shrinkable Sleeves 34'' x 100' (80 Rolls) - Closure Patch 17'' (27,450 Nos) - Closure Patch 34'' (2,750 Nos) - Primer for Surface Area of cut back portion of pipe Cure & Base (7000 m2) The technical scope includes supply of heat shrinkable sleeves and closure patches in specified sizes and quantities, along with primer for surface treatment of pipeline sections. The materials must meet SNGPL quality standards and specifications for durability and corrosion protection.
