Tender Description
The Ministry of Interior, Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from GST-registered firms on the active tax payer list of FBR for SMS Gateway Services to support the ANF recruitment process. The scope includes delivery and installation of SMS gateway equipment, providing robust API options, real-time location-based SMS broadcasting, and comprehensive management modules.
Bidders must be direct SMS aggregators with technical capability for high-volume transmissions and compliance with data privacy and telecommunication regulations. The contract includes service and technical assistance during recruitment, with bids to be submitted via EPADS by 5th January 2026 before 1100 hours.
