Supply and Installation of Solar Energy Solution for School Education Department Gilgit-Baltistan

The Directorate of Education Gilgit-Baltistan invites qualified service providers for the supply and installation of Solar Energy Solutions specifically for the School Education Department in Gilgit. This tender is issued by the Directorate of Education Gilgit-Baltistan, located in Gilgit city. Successful bidders will be required to submit 10% performance security within 7 days of bid acceptance. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director Education (Planning), Directorate of Education Gilgit during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000 at the Treasury. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 18th August 2026 at 10:00 hours to the EMIS Section office, Directorate of Education Gilgit-Baltistan. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 10:30 hours. Only typed financial bids will be accepted; handwritten bids are invalid. The procurement will follow the GB Public Procurement Rule 2022 clause 39(b) using a Single-Stage Two Envelopes Procedure. All applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes must be considered in the financial proposals. The School Education Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per GB PPRA rules.
