The site is located near Government Boys High School, Badin. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid NTN and FBR registration. Earnest money of Rs. 0.100 million is required. The contract period is six months from the date of commencement. Income tax and other statutory deductions will apply as per government rules.
