Tender Description
The Livestock and Dairy Development Department Punjab is inviting e-bids for the procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for model veterinary hospitals under the ADP Scheme CM Punjab Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital in Each Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital for the financial year 2026-27. This initiative aims to enhance the energy infrastructure of veterinary hospitals across Punjab, ensuring reliable and sustainable power supply for critical veterinary services.
Items being procured:
- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6 hybrid solar power systems for 20 sites across Punjab (the specific sites will be communicated later by the procuring agency at the time of supply order)
The technical scope includes the complete supply and installation of hybrid solar PV systems, including all necessary components, wiring, and commissioning at designated veterinary hospital sites. Bidders must ensure compliance with the detailed technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. The estimated cost for this procurement is bold Rs. 28.60 million, and a bid security of bold Rs. 572,000 is required, to be deposited in the Bank of Punjab against a PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and possess relevant experience in solar system installation. FBR/ATL registration is mandatory. The last date for uploading/submission of e-bids is bold 10-11-2026 at 10:00 AM, with the technical bids to be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal; physical submissions will not be entertained.
