Solar Based Pumping Plant and Water Supply Scheme Rehabilitation at Achini Bala and Surrounding Areas

The Public Health Engineering Division-II Peshawar is procuring a solar based pumping plant along with the rehabilitation of the water supply scheme at Achini Bala and surrounding villages including VC Sheikhan Payan, Bala, Karakhel, Mashokhel, Mushtarzai, Alizai, Utmanzai, and Sangu. This project aims to enhance water supply infrastructure using solar power technology to ensure sustainable and reliable water access in these areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The technical scope includes installation of solar power equipment, pumps, and rehabilitation of existing water supply systems. Bidders must be well-versed in solar and water supply works, with relevant experience in similar projects. Eligibility requires registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and compliance with FBR/ATL registrations. PEC category relevant to water supply and solar works is expected. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 22nd June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical and financial bids are to be uploaded electronically, while original bid securities and bidding document fees must be physically submitted to the Executive Engineer's office at Garhi Qamar Din Chowk, Kohat Road, Peshawar. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
