Tender Description
F.G Public School No.2 (Boys) Tariq Road, Sialkot Cantt is inviting sealed tenders from eligible, reputable and experienced firms and contractors for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 24kW hybrid solar system at two educational institutions in Sialkot Cantt. The scope of work covers both F.G Public School No.2 (Boys) Tariq Road and F.G Public School No.2 (Girls) Aziz Shaheed Road, Sialkot Cantt.
Items being procured:
- Installation of Solar System (2 x 12 kW each complete along with all accessories) at F.G Public School No.2 (Boys) Tariq Road, Sialkot Cantt
- Installation of Solar System (2 x 12 kW each complete along with all accessories) at F.G Public School No.2 (Girls) Aziz Shaheed Road, Sialkot Cantt
The technical scope includes the complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning of hybrid solar systems, with all necessary accessories. The completion period is 15 working days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance or Work Order. Warranty requirements are stringent: solar panels must have a 12-year product warranty and a 25-year linear performance warranty, while the solar inverter must have a minimum 5-year warranty. The overall system requires a 1-year comprehensive warranty on workmanship and all other components.
Eligible bidders must be registered with AEDB, PEC and FBR, and must provide 3% of the estimated cost as Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, valid for 120 days in favour of the schools. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure as per the latest PPRA rules. Tender documents are available from 15-10-2026 to 30-10-2026 during office hours. The last date and time for submission is 30th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on 2nd November 2026 at 11:30 AM at the respective school addresses.
