Execution of Solar Systems on Various Water Supply Systems in Public Health Engineering Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

This tender invites qualified contractors and suppliers in Peshawar for the execution, supply, installation, and commissioning of solar systems on various water supply schemes under the Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders should hold a valid PEC registration in the relevant category and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of a Technical Proposal along with a non-refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 10,000. Joint ventures are not permitted, and all proposals will be evaluated strictly per the pre-qualification document criteria. The submission deadline is set for 17th March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Proposals must be physically submitted via registered courier or post to the Executive Engineer, PHE Division-II, Peshawar, located at Garhi Qamar Din Chowk, Kohat Road, Near Ring Road, Peshawar. A copy of the technical proposal must also be sent to the Chief Engineer (Centre) at Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase-5, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
