Solarization of Administration Block with Installation of 10 kW Hybrid Solar System Including Battery Backup

Government Superior Science College (GSSC), Peshawar invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the solarization of the Administration Block with installation of a 10 kW Hybrid Solar System including Battery Backup. This procurement is under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, 2012 and KPPRA Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Solarization of Administration Block - Installation of 10 kW Hybrid Solar System - Battery Backup The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a hybrid solar power system designed to reduce energy costs and provide reliable backup power for the administration block. The system must comply with approved specifications and BOQ as detailed in the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on EPADS with an active supplier account, hold valid PEC registration/license in the relevant category, and have active taxpayer status with FBR and valid Sales Tax/KPRA registration. Documentary evidence of relevant experience, qualified technical staff, financial capacity, and availability of required equipment/resources is mandatory. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by any government or semi-government body and must submit the required undertaking/affidavit. Key dates include the Pre-Bid Meeting on 20.10.2026 at 10:00 AM at the Principal's office, GSSC Peshawar. The last date and time for bid submission is 24.10.2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 40,000) must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of the Principal, Government Superior Science College, Peshawar. Tender fee of Rs. 500 is non-refundable and must be deposited as per BSDs/EPADS instructions.
