Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration TMA Baizai in District Mohmand is procuring solarization works for the existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) under Package-01, which includes installation of 23 solar pumping units. This project aims to enhance water supply reliability by replacing or supplementing existing pumping machinery with solar-powered units. The technical specifications and design parameters for each water supply scheme are detailed in the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) available for download from the EPADs website or at the TMA Baizai office during working hours.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA Authority for the financial year 2025-26. Contractors should have relevant experience in solar power installations and water supply schemes. The bid submission requires a 2% earnest money call deposit in the name of the TMO TMA Baizai, along with a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) showing sales tax bifurcation, call deposit, and other requisite documents. Non-submission of these documents will render the bid non-responsive.
Bids must be sealed and submitted via courier to the TMA Baizai office by 09 June 2026 before 12:00 hours. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 13:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the TMA Baizai Camp Office located at TMA Upper Mohmand Office (Ghallanai). Financial bid opening dates will be communicated later. It is advisable for bidders to carefully review the SBD and ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements to avoid disqualification.
