The Public Health Engineering Division Multan invites e-bids from contractors and firms registered with PPRA for the solarization of flood affected rural water supply schemes in Tehsil Jalalpur Pirwala, District Multan. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab E-Procurement System for the financial year 2026. The works are to be executed in accordance with PPRA rules and Punjab E-Procurement guidelines. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for the year 2026. Bidders should have valid FBR registration and must submit earnest money as per the bid security requirements. Technical and financial bids will be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Manual bids are not acceptable. Key dates: E-Bids submission and opening will both occur on 26.09.2026 at 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM respectively. Bidders or their representatives may attend the office of the Commissioner, Multan Division on the bid opening date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your financial bid and all required documents are uploaded correctly on the PPRA E-Procurement portal before the deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will be declared non-responsive. Also, keep a copy of your PEC solarization code and original PEC certificate ready for verification before the tender opening committee.
