Provision of Sewerage Scheme and Construction Works in Bahawalnagar District

The District Council Bahawalnagar invites contractors/firms enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year 2026-27 to participate in e-tendering for multiple construction and sewerage scheme projects in Bahawalnagar city and surrounding areas. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System requiring online bid submission and bid security deposit of 5% of the estimated cost via the system only. Manual bids or physical CDRs will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Provision of Sewerage Scheme and Construction of Park in City Faqir Wali, Tehsil Haroonabad (Estimated Cost: Rs. 169.217 Million) - Construction of Sewer Line / Drains / Tuff Tile / Street Lights Grain Market to Disposal Works, Boys School Chowk, Mandi Sadiq Gunj, Tehsil Minchinabad (Estimated Cost: Rs. 85.000 Million) - Provision of Tuff Tile in Different Bazaars in City Fortabbas (Estimated Cost: Rs. 15.546 Million) - Rehabilitation / Provision of Sewerage Line and Upgradation of Disposal Station City Donga Bonga (Estimated Cost: Rs. 22.000 Million) - Provision of Tuff Tile in Various Streets of Chishtian City (Estimated Cost: Rs. 70.000 Million) The projects involve sewerage scheme construction, park development, street lighting, tuff tile paving, and disposal station upgrades. Work will be executed as per work orders issued by the District Council Bahawalnagar or Joint Authority depending on the lot. Bidders must quote rates online on an item rate basis against each item of the BOQ by 12:00 PM on the closing date. The bid opening will be held on 26/09/2026 at 1:00 PM in the presence of participating firms. Eligibility requires PEC registration for the relevant category and FBR/ATL registration. A 10% performance guarantee as per PPRA Rule-56 is mandatory.
