The tender forms fee is Rs. 15,000. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, are eligible. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS and provide original pay order/demand draft/bank slip of Rs. 15,000 as non-refundable documentation fee.
