Tender for Construction Industrial Floor and Renovation of Pipe Fabrication Shop at PNSC Workshop

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) (PNSC Workshop) invites bids for the construction of an industrial floor and renovation of the pipe fabrication shop at its workshop located on Dharamsala Road, 30 Street, Keamari, Karachi. This tender is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be executed over a period of 90 days. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in a relevant civil works category (C6 or above), have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, and be registered with FBR, SRB, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). (40 Rft) - Aluminium glazed sliding windows 4' x 5' (4 Nos.) - Malaysian flush doors 7' x 3.5' (2 Nos.) - Paint work with vinyl emulsion and oil paint (4500 Sft) - Porcelain tile flooring 24"x24" (250 Sft) - Porcelain tile skirting 4" high (90 Rft) - Precast plain roof slabs 12" wide (450 Sft) - False ceiling 2'x2' Dampa (300 Sft) - Epoxy floor coating system (2950 Sft) - Electrical wiring and installation of LED lights and ceiling fans (1 Job) - Supply and installation of 200W SE Beam lights (10 Nos.) The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, testing, and other resources necessary for full execution as per the Bill of Quantities, drawings, and technical specifications. Bidders must provide bid security or bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. The bid validity period is 90 days. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security of 10% of the contract amount in the form of a pay order. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
