The scope includes supply and installation of solar systems at the specified religious institutions within Jamrud.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the EPADS system following the single stage two envelope procedure. Technical bids will be evaluated first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders. Earnest money and bid security conditions apply as per KPPRA rules. The last date for online bid submission is 02 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 02:00 PM the same day.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms and conditions, including the requirement for original bid security and compliance with FBR and KPPRA regulations. Submission of bids without valid earnest money or call deposit will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. Bidders should ensure timely submission and avoid any discrepancies in scanned copies to prevent disqualification.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents, including registration certificates, earnest money instruments, and technical specifications, are complete and properly uploaded on the EPADS portal to avoid rejection. Early preparation and adherence to the single stage two envelope procedure will enhance chances of success.
