Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department Kachhi invites bids from eligible bidders for the solarization of 5 police stations in District Kachhi under BSDI Phase-III for the financial year 2026. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Items being procured:

The scope of work involves the installation of solar power systems at police stations, ensuring reliable and sustainable energy supply. The project requires adherence to composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. Bidders must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 13,323,130 in the last 3 years, demonstrating financial capacity and technical expertise. Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and presence on the Active Taxpayer List is mandatory. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1,000. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bids in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call.
