Solarization Works for Military College Sui and SBK Women's University under PSDP

The Energy Department invites bids for solarization works under PSDP for the year 2026 in Quetta, Balochistan. The procurement includes two major projects: Items being procured: - Solarization of Military College Sui under PSDP No.1853 Z2026.2838 with an estimated cost of Rs. 100,000,000 and turnover requirement of Rs. 70,000,000 - Solarization of SBK Women's University under PSDP No.1844 Z2026.1289 with an estimated cost of Rs. 82,900,000 and turnover requirement of Rs. 58,030,000 These projects involve installation of Solar Hybrid Systems with net-metering facilities, having minimum capacities of 385 KW for Military College Sui and 315 KW for SBK Women's University. The works are based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment in the last three years with a turnover of at least 70% of the estimated cost. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-4 and above is mandatory, with specialized codes EE11(i) Solar, EE11(ii) Solar Energy, EE11(iii) Solar Energy System, EE11(vi) Solar Installation, and EE04 Low Voltage Installation. Bid Security of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
