Purchase of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Hangu

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Hangu is procuring solid waste machinery to enhance its waste management capabilities in Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement includes fabrication and supply of a front end loader and backhoe, 1.0 to 1.5 cubic meter mini tippers, and tractor trolleys as per detailed specifications. The chassis for the work will be supplied by the TMA itself. Eligible bidders must be well reputed manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with NTN, GST, valid PEC registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Registration on the EPAD portal is mandatory. Bidders should ensure compliance with all applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, and KPRA taxes as per government rules. The submission deadline for bids is 23rd June 2026 by 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Two percent bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Hangu must be sealed and submitted before the closing date. Delivery terms are on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office.
