Purchase of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Lakki Marwat

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Lakki Marwat is procuring solid waste machinery to enhance its waste management capabilities. This procurement is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and targets reputable manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration along with 3S Facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by the TMA itself. Items being procured: - Supply/Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe (Qty: 01) - Supply/Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini tipper (Qty: 03) - Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (Qty: 02) The technical scope includes fabrication and supply of solid waste management machinery as per specifications, ensuring complete compliance and operational readiness. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Method under KPPRA Rules 2014, requiring submission of technical and financial bids electronically via EPADS. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and provide original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Lakki Marwat. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties must be included in the quoted rates, which should be on a FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will also provide complete operational training to the staff. The closing date for bid submission is 18th August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 10:30 AM.
