Purchase of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Lakki Marwat

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Lakki Marwat is procuring solid waste machinery funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the waste management capabilities of the TMA Lakki Marwat through acquisition of well reputed and experienced manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms with valid GST and PEC registration. The procurement will follow the KPPRA Rules 2014 under a single stage two envelope method (Technical and Financial). Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 1) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 - 1.5M3 Mini tipper (Qty: 3) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (Qty: 2) The technical scope includes fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery with all necessary service and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis for the work shall be supplied by the TMA. All rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will also provide complete operational training to the staff. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on the EPAD portal and comply with KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit original two (2) bid securities in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Lakki Marwat. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable as per government rules. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be entertained. The e-bid must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before 10:00 AM on 18 August 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. The purchase order will be subject to release of funds. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on the EPAD portal to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare the technical bid to meet all specifications and attach the required CDRs properly sealed and marked to avoid rejection.
