Tender Description
301 Central Base Spares Depot EME Rawalpindi invites bids for procurement of spare parts and equipment as per detailed itemized list available at the depot. The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure with technical and commercial offers submitted separately.
The procurement includes brand new stores with installation, training, commissioning, and documentation where applicable. Firms must submit technical offers with supporting documents and commercial offers in sealed envelopes by 1200 hours on 08 January 2026. Only ITD Directorate, GHQ and HIT approved brands are eligible. Bid security of Rs 1 million is required. Delivery may be required anywhere in Pakistan. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
