Procurement of Spare Parts for Protection, Instrumentation and Control Section at Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites qualified suppliers and contractors to submit electronic bids for the procurement of spare parts specifically for the Protection, Instrumentation and Control Section of the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station located in Tarbela, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is critical for maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of the hydel power station. The scope includes supply of original manufacturer or authorized distributor spare parts on an F.O.B basis. The contract performance period is 180 days from the date of establishment of the Letter of Credit. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar electrical and mechanical spare parts is essential to meet the technical requirements. The tender process is conducted through electronic bidding on the EPADS platform, with bids to be submitted by 07 July 2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of PKR 300,000 in the form of a CDR is mandatory and must be delivered to the office of the Chief Engineer (O&M), Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station before the closing time. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Officer's Club, River View Colony, Tarbela.
