Procurement of Spare Parts and Repair Services for HAVAL, Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, and Other Official Vehicles

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police, through the office of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) at the Central Police Office (CPO) Peshawar, invites bids for the procurement of spare parts and repair/maintenance services for official vehicles, including HAVAL, Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, and other brands. This procurement is being conducted via the E-PADS system under the Single Envelope Procedure, with the deadline for bid submission set at 01/10/2026, 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the office of the undersigned. Items being procured: - Spare parts for HAVAL vehicles (various models) - Spare parts for Toyota vehicles (various models) - Spare parts for Honda vehicles (various models) - Spare parts for Suzuki vehicles (various models) - Spare parts for other official vehicles as required - Repair and maintenance services for all above vehicle categories The technical scope includes the supply of genuine spare parts and provision of repair/maintenance services for the listed vehicle brands. Bidders must ensure that all supplied parts are original and meet the required specifications. The work will be carried out at the designated workshops or as directed by the department. Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be registered with KPPRA and have valid registration up to 30/06/2027. Only those bidders who are on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. A bid security of 2% of the quoted amount (refundable) must be submitted in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) or bank draft. Successful bidders will be required to submit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value and a stamp paper of Rs. 100. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal by the specified deadline. For best results, ensure all documentation is complete and that your bid security is attached in the correct format, as incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
