Delivery is to Gun (Factory), HIT Taxila. Bidders must be registered with HIT or other government/semi-government organizations, possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, and meet eligibility criteria including non-blacklisting and financial soundness. Earnest money in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes (Technical and Financial) by 10:30 hours on 18 Sep 2026 at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 hours the same day. The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope method under PPRA and MoDP rules.
