Special Repair and Renovation Works at Gujrat and Gujranwala Railway Stations

Pakistan Railways Lahore invites E-bids from valid PEC registered contracting firms with financial category C-6 or above and specialization Code CE-10 for Civil Engineering Works and EE-04 for Electrical Works having valid NTN number appearing on FBR-Active Tax Payer List. The procurement involves the following works: - Special Repair to Floor of Waiting Room, Railway Lodge & TCR Office and Renovation of Booking Office & Bathrooms at Gujrat Station on Lahore-Lalamusa Section - Special Repair/Renovation of Waiting Rooms & Public Toilets at Station Building & Waiting Hall of Railway Station at Gujranwala on Lahore-Lalamusa Section - Provision of flooring by the existing area in Railway under contract 25 New Shops near G.T. Road at Gujranwala station yard on L.R. LLM Section - Supply of Painting material to AEN Ware-house These works cover civil and electrical repairs and renovations at Gujrat and Gujranwala railway stations, including flooring, painting, and refurbishment of public and office areas. Bidders must be PEC registered with the specified financial and specialization categories and have NTN registration on the FBR Active Tax Payer List. Earnest money in the form of CDR is required as bid security. Tender documents are available free of cost at http://e.procure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) along with scanned copy of bid security CDR issued by Scheduled Bank in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Lahore. Original bid security must be submitted in the office of Divisional Engineer-II, Pakistan Railways, Bogi Road Lahore. Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS on or before 11:00 hours on 29.10.2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in presence of bidders' representatives.
