Raising and Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain from Noor Masjid to Bago Wah

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites sealed bids for the raising and construction of CC Paver and surface drain from Noor Masjid to Bago Wah in Ghotki, Sindh. This procurement is for civil works involving the construction of concrete pavers and surface drainage systems to improve local infrastructure and drainage capacity. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dressing and refilling - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Construction of standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar - Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' height - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor - Preparation of sub-base course with stone metal - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement, and paving block installation as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is located near Noor Masjid to Bago Wah in Ghotki. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable, have active NTN and SRB registration, demonstrate relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% estimated cost completed in last five years, provide audited financial statements and bank statements for last three years, and submit 5% bid security.
