Tender Description

This tender invites contractors registered with the income tax department as active taxpayers, holding valid electrical licenses (Federal/KPK), and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under specialized codes EE-M, EE-06, EE-11, ME-01, ME-06 & ME-07 to undertake special repair, renovation, upgradation, and maintenance of electrical installations at Federal Lodge, Shami Road, and various government-owned colonies in Peshawar. The scope includes item rate works based on the Pakistan PWD Schedule of Rates 2022 and market rates, focusing on electrical and mechanical installations requiring skilled workmanship and adherence to safety standards in an urban setting. The works demand careful handling of electrical systems in occupied government facilities, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with engineering best practices. Contractors must demonstrate experience with at least three similar government projects completed in the last five years, supported by work orders and completion certificates. The contract duration is 90 days from the issuance of the letter of commencement, emphasizing timely and quality delivery. Bidders should ensure their PEC registration aligns with the relevant electrical and mechanical categories and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. Submission of earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) favoring the DDO Estate Office Management Peshawar is mandatory.
