Provision of Winter and Summer Uniforms for 250 Special Students FY 2026-27

Government Special Education Centre Lodhran invites registered firms and vendors to submit online technical and financial bids for the provision of winter and summer uniforms for 250 boys and girls enrolled at the centre for FY 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Procurement system in accordance with the applicable PPRA Rules 2014 and the notice terms. Mandatory lots and items are: Lot 1 Boys Kit: shirt, pant with belt, tie, bunyan and shoes, estimated at **PKR 1,300,000**. Lot 2 Girls Kit: shalwar, qameez, dupatta and shoes for winter and summer season, estimated at **PKR 650,000**. Lot 3 Winter Kit: jersey and shawl for girls during the winter season, and jersey and winter cap for boys during the winter season, estimated at **PKR 350,000**. The grand estimated total is **PKR 2,300,000**. Tender forms may be downloaded or obtained free of cost through the E-Procurement account or the PPRA website after publication. Bidders must submit bid security equal to five percent of the total estimated value, calculated as **PKR 115,000**, in the prescribed form of a pay order or bank draft in favour of the Headmistress, Government Special Education Centre Lodhran. The original security must reach the centre before the tender meeting and closing time. Technical and financial offers must be uploaded through E-Procurement by **20 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**. Technical offers will be opened the same day at **10:30 AM** in the presence of the Purchase Committee and participating representatives. Successful bidders must provide samples and quality laboratory test reports; testing charges will be borne by the firm. A ten percent performance guarantee, approximately **PKR 230,000**, is required before supply. Bidders should upload certified identification, General Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, acceptance of tender conditions, affidavit, and ATL-related compliance documents. Delivery, transportation, taxes, inspection, replacement of defective items and all related costs are the supplier's responsibility. Submit online through the E-Procurement portal and ensure the original bid security is delivered to the Headmistress, Government Special Education Centre Lodhran.
